Sale Terms and Conditions

All purchases from Baby Brands are subject to a shipment contract.  This means that once Baby Brands have made our delivery to Australia Post, all risk of loss or damage for all products purchased passes to you.

Payment Options

1.	Credit card over the phone - Let us know the best time to call you and we will process a secure credit card transaction over the phone.  The goods will then be despatched within 1-2 working days.  When paying by credit card, Baby Brands accepts Mastercard and Visa Card only.
2.	Direct Deposit - We can provide you with our banking details for you to make a direct deposit.  The goods will be despatched within 1-2 working days after the deposit is confirmed (Usually 1 to 2 business days).
3.	Cheque or Money Order - You may send a cheque or money order made payable to Baby Brands to PO Box 2023 Rose Bay Nth NSW 2030.  The goods will then be despatched within 1-2 working days after the cheque or money order is cleared into the Baby Brands bank account (Usually 7 to 10 working days).

Baby Brands accepts payment in Australian Dollars only.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST.  Baby Brands reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Gift Certificates

* Gift Certificates are issued by Gapfiller Pty Ltd T/A Baby Brands. * Purchase or use of Gift Certificates constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions. * Gapfiller Pty Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. * Gift Certificates and unused portions of Gift Certificates should be spent within 12 months from the date of issuance, which is the “valid until” date included on the gift certificate. * Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, and may not be returned for a cash refund except where required by law. *Gift Certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen. * Gift Certificates are only redeemable online at www.babybrands.com.au. * Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for the purchase of Gift Certificates. * Gift Certificates are non-transferable and may not be resold. * Gift Certificates are not valid for prior purchases. * Returned items bought with gift certificates are not eligible for cash or credit refunds. Purchaser will be issued the refunded amount as a Gift Certificate. * Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance. * The bearer of a Gift Certificate may enquire as to the remaining balance in their Gift Certificate account at any time by calling +61 2 9699 4315 * Purchase amounts that exceed the value of this Gift Certificate will require a credit card for the balance due. * Change in cash will not be given for any part of the value of this Gift Certificate that is not redeemed in any given transaction. * Certificate Number included on the Gift Certificate must be quoted when redeeming Gift Certificates.

Delivery and Delivery Time

Baby Brands will dispatch the order within 1-2 business days providing the order is received before 4.00 p.m. EST and the item is in stock.  Normal delivery from Australia Post is 3-5 days, but quite often overnight to capital cities.  If there are any delays due to stock availability Baby Brands will notify you and you may choose to change or cancel your order.

You may select Express Post for orders within Australia only.  Orders are despatched within 1-2 business days provided the order is received before the 4.00pm (EST) close off time.  Express Post guarantees next day delivery to most areas, however this service is not available to remote areas.  An extra fee is payable for Express Post, usually depending on the size of the shipment.  Please advise our customer service that you do agree to the extra fee should you choose this option.  If you require an urgent delivery please telephone our office and we will always try to be of service.

International Orders

Baby Brands delivers worldwide with the following exceptions:

Baby Einstein products are limited to Australia.

TAGGIES® products may be shipped to addresses within the Australia and New Zealand region only.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase, you may return/exchange the item/s under the following conditions:

1.	All products must be returned within seven days of receipt.
2.	The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
3.	Call (02) 9699 4315 or e-mail sales@babybrands.com.au with the following details at hand: Your Name, Receipt Number, Product Name/Code, Reason for Return and Request for Replacement, Exchange or Refund.
4.	You will then be given a Return Authorisation Number (R.A.N.) to be written on the outside of the returned package.
5.	Post the product(s) to the following address: Baby Brands, PO Box 2023, Rose Bay North, NSW, 2030, Australia

Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable.

Our return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged.  We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.  It is suggested that you insure your return package as Baby Brands cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in the post.  If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of goods provided the R.A.N. (Return Authorisation Number) is clearly marked on the package, less a restocking fee of 10% of the product(s) value.  If exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference plus postage and handling.

Exceptions to Returnable Products:  Some sale products are not returnable unless faulty.  In this case this will be stated with the product purchase information on the web page.  This type of sale is considered final.

Faulty Products

Where a product is faulty, Baby Brands will replace it with no charge for the extra postage and handling.  Please call/e-mail for your Return Authorisation Number before returning any goods.
